Lime Plaster
Walls + Ceilings, Whole Home,
Bathrooms, Kitchens, Fireplaces
Lime plaster is a traditional material that has been used for centuries to create a durable and breathable finish for walls and ceilings. Many popularly known plasters are made from limestone, including exterior stucco, venetian plaster, fresco, and the water resistant “Tadelakt” plaster. There are many pigment options to color lime plaster.
Lime plaster is applied in several coats over the course of two to three days, creating a durable surface with textures ranging from rough and rustic to marble-like smoothness. Although it is made of minerals and is rock hard once it sets, it is breathable, prevents mold and mildew growth, and creates healthy and beautiful interior spaces. It is an ideal choice for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and whole-home applications where durability and beauty need to coexist.
Clay Plaster
Walls + Ceilings, Whole Home,
Fireplaces, + Accent Walls
Clay plasters use natural clay as the binding element and are mixed with aggregates and natural fiber to create durable and nuanced finishes. There are many color options with the assortment of pigments for clay plasters. They are breathable, preventing mold and mildew growth and create an elegant earthy ambiance.
Clay-based plasters can be used to create a variety of finishes, from smooth and polished to textured and rustic. They are particularly well suited to bedrooms, living rooms, and accent walls where their warmth and depth can be fully appreciated. Clay plaster also regulates humidity naturally, absorbing moisture when the air is damp and releasing it when dry — contributing to a more comfortable and healthier indoor climate.

Tadelakt
Showers, Bathrooms, Vanities,
+ Wet Areas
Tadelakt is a traditional Moroccan waterproofing technique that transforms lime plaster into a smooth, water-resistant surface through a process of careful compression and soap-burnishing during the final cure. The result is a seamless, stone-like finish that requires no grout or tile.
Tadelakt is ideal for showers, bathroom walls, vanities, and any wet area where conventional plaster would not be suitable. Each surface is finished entirely by hand, producing subtle color variations and a soft luster that alternatives cannot replicate. It is one of the most specialized natural plaster techniques, and Marissa trained in its application through her studies in Morocco.

Lime Wash
Walls + Ceilings, Masonry, Brick,
Stone, + Previously Painted Surfaces
Slaked limewash has been a traditional finish globally on interior and exterior walls. It is applied with a brush and can be tinted by pigments to make a range of colors. It produces a softly textured appearance and matte finish that builds character with each additional coat.
This finish is durable, breathable, and versatile in color. Limewash bonds directly to masonry, brick, stone, and previously painted surfaces, making it one of the most adaptable natural finishes available. Over time, the finish develops a gentle patina that adds depth and warmth to any space.
